Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

INGREDIENTS Boiled Rice- 200gms Carrot, chopped – 15gms Beans, sliced- 15gms Spring Onions, sliced long – 10gms Cooking Oil- 2 tbsp Seasoning – To Taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a wok heat oil and sauté all the vegetables for to 2 to 3 min. 2. Add boiled rice into it and seasoning. 3. Toss the rice thoroughly so that the vegetables and rice get evenly seasoned. 4. Adjust the seasoning and serve garnished with juliennes of spring onions
