Shikanji /Shikanjavi

INGREDIENTS

3-4 Nos. Lemon, juice, freshly squeezed
1 liter Chilled Water
1 Tsp Ginger juice
4 Tbsp Sugar
To taste Salt
½ Tsp Black Salt
1 Tsp Roasted cumin powder
8 Nos.Lemon slices
8 Nos.Mint leaves
8 Nos Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

In a jug or a bowl take chilled water and add sugar, salt and black salt and stir till sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice, ginger juice, roasted cumin powder and mix well.
Take four glasses and put 2 each; ice cubes, lemon slices and mint leaves.
Fill the glasses with Shikanji. Serve chilled.
