Rose Sherbet Recipe

INGREDIENTS 1 Cup Chilled Full cream milk 2 Tbsp Rose syrup 2 Tsp Sugar-optional 1/8 Tsp Rose water ¼ Tsp Basil seeds 2 Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the basil seeds in ¼ cup water for 15 minutes and when they are soft, strain and keep aside. Take chilled milk in a bowl and add rose syrup, rose water, ice cubes and sugar if required. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Pour into a glass and top with a small spoon of soaked basil seeds. Serve chilled.
