Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe

INGREDIENTS 300 gms Lady Finger/Okra 3 Tbsp Gram flour 1 Tbsp Samolina 1 Tbsp Rice Flour 1/8 Tsp Asafoetida ¼ Tsp Turmeric powder ½ Tsp Red chilli powder To taste Salt ¼ Tsp Mango powder 1/2 Tsp Chaat masala Oil to deep fry

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and wipe the okra/lady finger and cut the top of each piece. Then cut the okra diagonally into thin slices. Sprinkle salt and all spices - turmeric powder, red chilli powder except chaat masala, on cut okra and mix gently. Then sprinkle the gram flour, semolina and rice flour on it and mix well to coat all okra slices. Keep aside for 20 minutes or so. Heat oil in a wok and fry the sliced lady fingers in batches until crisp and golden brown in colour. Remove on a tissue paper to soak extra oil. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve immediately.
