Grilled Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS 2 lemons juiced ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. dried basil 1 tsp. dried oregano ¼ tsp. Catch table salt ½ tsp. Catch black pepper powder 3-4 garlic cloves 4 boneless chicken breasts Accompaniments with Grilled Chicken:

  • Salad
  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Grilled Veggies

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, basil, oregano, Catch table salt, Catch black pepper powder and garlic.
  2. Place chicken breasts into a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken.
  3. Marinate it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes or more.
  4. Heat an outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
