Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp butter ½ cup chopped onion ½ cup chopped celery 4 cans chicken broth 1 can vegetable broth 250 grams chopped cooked chicken breast 1 ½ cup egg noodles 1 cup sliced carrots ½ tsp dried basil ½ tsp dried oregano Catch salt, as required Catch black pepper powder, as required Catch white pepper powder, as required Accompaniments with Chicken Noodle Soup:

  • Salad
  • Garlic Bread
  • Dim sums


  1. In a large pot, over medium heat, melt butter.
  1. Cook onion and celery in butter, until just tender.
  1. Pour in chicken and vegetable broths and stir in chicken, noodles, carrots, basil, oregano, Catch salt, Catch black pepper powder and Catch white pepper powder.
  1. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  1. Serve hot.
